It has been a while since i have given my opinion on a blog or have written anything about food in general primarily because i love food :laughing: !

Nevertheless i stumbbled upon a video on amazon prime Is Sugar The New Fat and truly had an awakening! Immediatly after i stopped all refined sugars from my diet, really if it had sugar i would not eat it period. Except ofcourse the good sugars found in apples, oranges, and other fruits. Essentially i removed all processed foods from my diet and currently eat wholesome foods made in the kitchen. 

What happened in just 10 days of doing this?

Immediatly i noticed a change in the level of energy i no longer experienced the 2 o'clock hit in the office and was running like a well oiled machine. I slept better and longer. i lost a total of 13 lbs in just 10 days. Of course the results you might experience if you were to try this will be different because there is a ton of factors into losing body weight and not just the diet. 

Many of you likely are looking at this and wondering if this is too good to be true. It is not!

I challenge all of you to at least try this for 10 days. Sugar is as addictive as cocaine some doctors would explain to you and is extreamly difficult to remove from your diet especially since 90% of your food has sugar. Regardless getting rid of it from your diet will help you live the life you were meant to live, and i urge you to do your own reasearch as well.
